- Likes bright indirect light – direct light can burn the leaves
- Keep the soil damp but not soggy
- Likes high humidity – mist regularly and it may benefit from being on a pebble tray
- Avoid cold drafts and keep in a warm spot
- Fertilise in spring/summer months
- Toxic
